It just looks kind of outdated to me and isn’t really my style. It gives me the same vibe as those automated phone menus that make you press five buttons before you can talk to an actual person

"Repair got done, but I expected more for the price"
I bought a Roberto Coin bracelet and ended up needing to use the warranty after the clasp started feeling loose a few months in. For something that wasn’t exactly cheap, I was definitely a little frustrated that I had to deal with a repair so soon.
To be fair, they did take it in and the bracelet came back looking fine, so it wasn’t like they brushed me off. The annoying part was the communication. Updates were slow, and I had to check in more than once just to find out where things stood.

In the end, it got handled, but I was hoping for a smoother experience given the price of the bracelet. I’m glad it was fixed, but I wouldn’t call the process impressive.

I know I probably judged it the second I saw the box, but it just looked cheap and messy. Packaging isn’t everything, sure, but my brain kind of went, “Well, this can’t be that great,” and I couldn’t shake that first impression.

I tried ordering a necklace from robertocoin.com the whole thing was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The site kept freezing while I was looking through product pages, the filters acted strange, and my cart dropped the necklace twice for no reason.

Checkout was the worst part. The payment page just spun forever, and then I never got a clear confirmation, so I had to open my bank app to figure out if I’d actually been charged. That’s not exactly the kind of experience you want when you’re buying expensive jewelry.

I reached out to customer service and it took a while to hear back, but what annoyed me most was getting inconsistent answers. One reply made it sound like the order didn’t go through, then another was vague and didn’t really clear anything up. For a luxury site, the whole process felt messy, stressful, and not worth repeating.
